IBAS CEO, Ernie Gaschler, was paid tribute by Senator Stephen Greene at the Senate on Parliament Hill Day.
The IBAS Scholarship is open to the children of IBAS members who are residents of Saskatchewan graduating from high school and entering their first year of studies at a recognized post-secondary education facility. The selection of a recipient will be made by a selection committee and will be based on scholastic standing, community involvement and extra-curricular activities.

Our speaker is the Hon Peter MacKay. He was a member of the Parliament of Canada for 18 years. During this time, he served as Canada’s Attorney General, Minister of Justice, Minister of National Defense and Minister of Foreign Affairs. Peter has a keen interest in the future of Canada US relations, as he was an active participant in the shaping of Canadian foreign policy for many years. His talk promises to be both informative and entertaining!!
