Job Description / Duties

This is a full time role for a Commercial Account Manager at Lakeview Insurance Brokers located in Martensville, SK, with flexibility for some remote work. The Commercial Account Manager will be responsible for managing existing commercial client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, organizing insurance policies, cross-selling and managing products, renewals, initial claim set up, and achieving new growth sales targets. We want you to put your client and industry partner relationships first.

Qualifications / Required Skills

• Level 2 general insurance license
• Account Management, Insurance, and Sales skills
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and local regulations
• Experience with client relationship management or sales in a related field
