Job Description / Duties

We are looking for hard working, creative highly motivated team members.

Depending on the skills of the applicant, we may be able to build a new role to match your knowledge and strengths. Currently we are seeking help involving our off-road Got toys program as well as our Commercial division. You will be offering quotes, binding overages and interact with the public and retail brokerages.

Qualifications / Required Skills

We require business knowledge:

Familiar with Office 365 ( Excel, Word, and Outlook email)
The Broker's Workstation
Phone Answering etiquette
Exceptional Customer service skills
Any levels of CAIB are a asset, but not required to begin. We will pay for your training, as we will expect you to pursue these levels.
Ability to work as a team and independently.

Additional Information

While our office has easy ability to work remotely, we find great value in daily office interactions, and we would prefer an in-office position.

Salary: $20-25 but negotiable based on experience plus benefits
