Job Description / Duties

This is a full-time, on-site role in Dodsland and Coleville, SK and it’s perfect for someone who:
• Thrives on helping people (and actually enjoys talking to them).
• Is organized and detail-oriented, but doesn’t take themselves too seriously.
• Loves a good challenge - like tracking down the best coverage for that “unique” piece of farm equipment.
• Can juggle quotes, endorsements, and renewals while keeping clients smiling.
You’ll handle the behind-the-scenes magic that makes our Broker team shine - everything from auto and home insurance to farm equipment additions, renewals, and policy changes.

Qualifications / Required Skills

What you'll need to bring:
• A Level 1, 2 or 3 Insurance License (or working on it - we’ll help you get there).
• A knack for building relationships and a genuine care for clients.
• Strong organizational skills (you can find a file faster than anyone else).
• Confidence with technology - and maybe a love for checklists.
• A positive attitude, curiosity, and a sense of humour (we like to laugh around here).
Experience in personal lines insurance? Great. Passion for people? Even better.
