Job Description / Duties
As a Personal and Commercial Broker at Willow Insurance, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals and businesses find the best insurance policies to meet their needs. Our ideal candidate will have a Level 2 license and at least two (2) years of experience with Personal and Commercial Lines Insurance.
You will be the face of our company: professionally driving results, while building lasting client relationships for years to come. Your sales expertise and strategic thinking will naturally innovate the best solutions for our valued clients.
You will bring an energetic focus on creating winning solutions for our customers, Willow Insurance and yourself; consistently marketing our collective brand with professionalism
and pride.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Relationship Management Sales: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide tailored solutions based on individual needs.
* Policy sales and Renewals: Advise clients on insurance policies unique to their requirements and proactively manage renewals.
* Market Research: Stay current with the latest products, services and market trends to provide clients with best-in-class options.
* Risk Assessment: Evaluate client’s risks and provide recommendations on appropriate coverage levels and policy options.
* Claims Assistance: End-to-end support of clients through the claims process to ensure timely and fair settlements.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all decisions and recommendations are made in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details and transaction history.
Qualifications / Required Skills
Education: Grade 12 high school diploma or equivalency
Experience: Minimum of two years of experience with Personal and Commercial insurance lines
Licenses/Certifications: Valid Level Two (2) Insurance Broker license
Skills:
Ability to network and generate sales opportunities
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and strong proficiency in English
Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional client service
Proficiency in using insurance software and MS Office Suite
