Job Description / Duties

Position: Remote or In Person Option (Full Time)

Reporting to the Owner, the Personal Insurance Broker will provide strategic problem solving, client servicing and insurance solutions. As our ideal candidate, you will bring curiosity, confidence, growth mindset and a desire for a high quality of delivery of services.

What You will Do
• Create winning solutions for customers by consistently marketing our collective brand.
• Conduct sales and servicing on personal insurance lines.
• Acquire, establish, and maintain professional client relationships.
• Conduct thorough evaluations on clients’ insurance needs and provide recommendations accordingly.
• Process and administer changes to insurance policies.
• Ensure accurate completion of all documentation and payments with clients as required.
• Contribute to team success with a willingness to help where needed.

Qualifications / Required Skills

What You Bring
• Minimum of Level 2 Insurance License.
• 3+ years of experience as a licensed insurance broker
• Minimum of Grade 12 high school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to establish strong client relationships.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
• Solutions mindset with ability to identify opportunities for business growth and maintain risk mitigation for clients.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a strong attention to detail.
• Tech Savvy - Microsoft Word, Excel, and learning new software systems.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities
• A commitment to client-first service
• Remote employees are required to have a dedicated workspace allowing for professional presentation and communication on calls and meetings.
