Job Description / Duties

* Create winning solutions for customers by consistently marketing our collective brand.
* Conduct sales and servicing on personal insurance lines.
* Acquire, establish, and maintain professional client relationships.
* Conduct thorough evaluations on clients’ insurance needs and provide recommendations accordingly.
* Process and administer changes to insurance policies.
* Ensure accurate completion of all documentation and payments with clients as required.
* Contribute to team success with a willingness to help where needed.

Qualifications / Required Skills

* Minimum of Level 2 Insurance License.
* 3+ years of experience as a licensed insurance broker.
* Minimum of Grade 12 high school diploma or equivalent.
* Demonstrated ability to establish strong client relationships.
* Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
* Solutions mindset with ability to identify opportunities for business growth and maintain risk mitigation for clients.
* A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a strong attention to detail.
* Tech Savvy - Microsoft Word, Excel, and learning new software systems.
* Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
* A commitment to client-first service.
* Remote employees are required to have a dedicated workspace allowing for professional presentation and communication on calls and meetings.
