Webinar: Understanding Life Leases

Given our expanding senior population, life lease housing developments have significantly increased in popularity.  Life leases give the lease the right to occupy a unit however they do not have ownership which creates unique insurance needs.

This type of housing is a relatively new form of tenure in Western Provinces that is often misunderstood by the purchaser and the industry.
