DESCRIPTION:The second annual CAIB Graduates Dinner celebrates the achiev
 ements of IBAS member employees who have earned the prestigious Canadian
  Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) designation during the 2024 calendar
  year.\n\nThis event takes place on Thursday, April 3 — the evening p
 rior to the start of the SGI CANADA Broker Convention — at the interna
 tionally-acclaimed Remai Modern art gallery (102 Spadina Crescent) in do
 wntown Saskatoon.\n\nBroker attendees are eligible to receive one (1) co
 ntinuing education credit hour.\n\n-- Registration --\n\nDue to limited 
 venue capacity, registration for the CAIB Graduates Dinner is by invitat
 ion only — and will include new grads, their guests, senior member vo
 lunteers and brokerage leaders, as well as supporters of the broker chan

 our Perception on Change\n\nWarren Macdonald has climbed over obstacles 
 most people cannot imagine. Having lost both of his legs in a freak acci
 dent while he was backpacking off the coast of Australia, Macdonald not 
 only decided that his injuries wouldn’t slow him down, but that they w
 ould propel him to new heights. Just 10 months after the incident, Macdo
 nald climbed Tasmania’s Cradle Mountain and later summited both Mount 
 Kilimanjaro and El Capitan. His inspiring story has empowered audiences 
 around the globe to turn challenge into powerful change.\n\nMacdonald is
  the author of A Test of Will: One Man’s Extraordinary Story of Survi
 val, which chronicles his two-day ordeal of being trapped under a boulde
 r, his subsequent rescue, the amputation of his legs, and his journey to
 ward recovery. His critically acclaimed film, The Second Step, documen
 ts his epic four-week journey to Federation Peak, Australia’s most cha
 llenging mountain summit. It screened on National Geographic Television 
 and won eight international awards including Grand Prize at the prestigi
 ous Banff Mountain Film Festival. Macdonald’s story is also currently 
 being featured on Amazon Prime’s I Shouldn’t Be Alive series.\n\n-
