SUMMARY:Mental Health First Aid Certification Course
DESCRIPTION: \n\nThere are few careers in Saskatchewan as rewarding and
rooted in community as being an insurance broker. Like any service-orien
ted profession, however, the impacts of an evolving industry — and fas
t-changing customer demands — can take its toll. In fact, a 2025 IBAS
survey found that four out of every five brokerage principals described
the mental health of their teams as either somewhat challenged or ver
y challenged.\n\nThat’s why IBAS and Saskatchewan Blue Cross have team
ed up in 2026 to launch the HeadsTogether Initiative — a new pilot pr
ogram designed to connect IBAS member brokerages and their employees wit
h resources to help shed the stigma around mental health, strengthen com
munities of support, and improve well-being.\n\nThis following training
opportunity has been made possible through that partnership.\n\n-- Cours
e Information --\n\nThe Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Certification Cou

situations.\n\nDesigned by the Mental Health Commission of Canada, and
delivered by Angellah and Jim Brayshaw of Sask Mental Health, the two-da
