Job Description / Duties

The Branch Coordinator is responsible for balancing the front-line client service needs across all lines of business inside the branch focusing on customer service efficiency, profitability, employee satisfaction and ensures the branch is always functioning in a professional and efficient manner. They will interact daily with clients and employees, quotes and processes new insurance policies; identifies client needs and educates clients of other available insurance products; encourages and sells value-added products; applies superior client relations skills while promoting a superior company image.

Accomplishments Needed:
Manager/supervisor experience is a must. A minimum license level 3 is required. EPIC skills are essential. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in SGI MVD and 5 years’ experience in Personal Lines is preferred. Strong insurance product knowledge and a company ambassador is a must.
