Customer Service for the Insurance Professional Program
Insurance brokers are in the business of customer service. Your ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience is critical to your professional success and that of your brokerage.
In this four-part program developed by the Insurance Brokers Association of Canada, you will explore every aspect of brokerage operations from a customer service perspective, honing the skills required to ensure your office maintains a consistent, high-quality, customer-first approach in all market conditions.
About the Course
In partnership with the Insurance Brokers Association of Nova Scotia, the Customer Service for the Insurance Professional (CSIP) program is delivered in four separate modules over the span of four months. Each module consists of a two day-long webinar, which is eligible for six (6) CE credit hours (for a total of 24). There is no final examination. Students successfully completing all four modules will receive a certificate of completion. CSIP is suitable for new brokers, seasoned producers, and brokerage leaders alike.
