Since 2021, through the generosity of our members and partners, IBAS has raised $428,946.35 (as of November 30, 2025) in support of local projects, schools, and registered not-for-profit organizations across Saskatchewan through the #BrokersCare Community Fund.
What We Support
The #BrokersCare Community Fund typically provides monetary support to charities and grassroots projects throughout the province that align with at least one of five priority pillars:
- Responding to the youth mental health crisis;
- Enhancing equitable access to children’s learning and development opportunities;
- Providing comfort, care, and hope to sick kids;
- Eliminating food insecurity for at-risk youth; and
- Empowering communities.
Some of our previous funding recipients include Ronald McDonald House Charities, Sask Girls United, SaskAbilities, KidSport, STARS Air Ambulance, Agriculture in the Classroom, Canadian Red Cross, and many more!
How We Raise Funds
100% of #BrokersCare funding is raised through voluntary contributions from Saskatchewan brokers, brokerage businesses, and insurance industry partners, including via direct donations, designated activations at IBAS events, sponsorships, and through other special initiatives, such as the annual #BrokersCare Apparel Campaign.
