Job Description / Duties

-Greet customers in the office and by phone
-Service clients in Personal, Farm and Commercial Lines
-Provide Quotes for clients in Personal, Farm and Commercial Lines
- Provide customers with information and options about their personal, farm, commercial, and liability insurance
-experience operating SGI Sam computers is an asset but we are willing to train.

Qualifications / Required Skills

Qualified candidate will have-
-Friendly and professional personality
-Ability to multi-Task
-Ability to learn new processes quickly
-Must have previous experience servicing Personal, Farm, and Commercial Clients
-Must have a level 2 license or level 1 license and be willing to work towards a level 2 license
