Peak performance starts with mental fitness. In recent years, however, the impacts of an evolving industry have taken their toll on Saskatchewan insurance brokers. In fact, a 2025 IBAS survey found that four out of every five brokerage principals described the mental health of their teams as either somewhat challenged or very challenged.
That’s why, in celebration of the association’s diamond anniversary in 2027, IBAS and Red River Mutual are teaming up to launch the IBAS75 Broker Mental Health Fund. Through this initiative, IBAS members can apply for up to $2,000 per brokerage to invest in practical mental health supports for employees — such as (but not limited to) mental health first aid training, workplace wellbeing assessments, speaker or facilitator fees for internal brokerage programming, and subscriptions to digital mental health platforms.

Eligibility
Applicants must be IBAS member brokerages in good standing. Only one submission per brokerage will be considered.
Only activities undertaken during the 2027 calendar year are eligible. Activities should exclusively benefit brokerage staff located in Saskatchewan.
How It Works
Submit an application by clicking the button below. The first round of funding recipients will be announced on December 15, 2026.
Approved brokerages will have until December 31, 2027, to complete eligible funded activities. Once complete, brokerages will submit proof of payment to IBAS. Reimbursement will then be processed within 10 business days.
