Job Description / Duties

We are looking for a Director Regina Operations to oversee the performance for our retail branch offices in Regina, Saskatchewan.

As the Director Regina Operations, you will be responsible for working with the auto fund supervisor and personal lines manager on balancing the front-line client service needs across all lines of business inside the branches focusing on customer service efficiency, profitability, and employee satisfaction. With a focus on building and maintaining solid insurance industry contacts and client relationships, this role includes managing key commercial accounts in the Regina office, working closely with the commercial lines manager to ensure that commercial sales and service teams are supported and increased while employees are provided with opportunities to grow within the Organization. The Director Regina Operations develops and maintains operational excellence by improving efficiencies and ensuring that, even in the face of rapid organizational growth, all branch systems in the organization are aligned toward achieving overall strategic goals. Goals include but are not limited to driving top line and bottom-line growth, creating an inclusive work culture to attract the best team in the industry and working to support the other south Sask HUB Branches as required.

Qualifications / Required Skills

What you will bring to the role –

• Level 3 Insurance license is required.
• 5 - 7 years of progressive industry and people management experience is required.
• CAIB or CIP designation is required.
• Superior skills in sales management, leadership, employee engagement, and must have a demonstrated track record of achieving organic growth and facilitating change.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, along with a demonstrated attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple competing projects, that are time sensitive.
• Professional verbal and written communication.
• Proficient computer skills with Broker Management Software Systems.
