Qualifications / Required Skills
We are quite flexible on the specific responsibilities involved. Our main "must haves" are that you be a LICENSED general insurance broker with some experience, that you are sincerely looking to find a work environment you will be happy in for years to come, and that you have strong ambitions to further your career in a cooperative team environment.
Finding the "right" person for our commercial insurance needs is our end-goal, but we are very open to talking to a broker with personal lines experience who is willing to consider taking gradual steps to move towards commercial work.
