Job Description / Duties

Turtleford Agencies Inc is accepting applications for a full time insurance broker.

Duties include:
-Motor Licence Issuing
-Sales of Habitational, Commercial, Auto and Travel Insurance Policies
-Responding to insurance inquiries and management of existing policies
-Entering and managing client data
-Assisting with the retention of the existing book of business

Qualifications / Required Skills

Requirements:
-Level 1 insurance license (CAIB designation preferred). We are only accepting applications from candidates who posses a level 1 license at this time.
-At least 1 year experience in the insurance industry. Commercial lines experience an asset.
-Experience with broker management systems
-Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to communicate insurance coverage clearly
-Strong attention to detail
-Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
-Excellent customer service skills and desire to exceed expectations, emphasis on retention of existing customers by building strong relationships and providing quality customer service
-Must be able to support new and existing customers by offering recommendations for products and services

Additional Information

Full Time - 37.5 hours/week
