Join our dynamic team as a Motor Licensing Rockstar! You'll be the go-to expert for clients' motor licensing and registration needs, guiding them through applications, providing stellar insurance advice, and handling inquiries with a smile. Build lasting relationships and ensure our clients drive away happy every time.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Applications: Handle motor licensing and registration applications, including renewals, transfers, and cancellations, like a pro.
Client Support: Answer all inquiries related to motor licensing, registration, insurance coverage, and more.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions with clients.
Team Player: Work closely with insurance brokers and to deliver top-notch service and coverage options.
Relationship Builder: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with changes in motor licensing and insurance regulations, industry trends, and best practices.
Collaborate: Team up with colleagues to ensure the overall success of our brokerage.

Qualifications / Required Skills

-High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field.
-Strong knowledge of or interest in learning about motor licensing and insurance regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
-Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to thrive in a team environment.
-Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
-Flexibility to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
