Do you work best as part of a team? We provide a dynamic and flexible work environment in a team-lead organizational
structure. You will receive on-the-job training by an in-office mentor, together we can equip you for success.

The role requires some interprovincial travel and the usage of ladders (provided) to inspect roofs and building
components. A valid SK driver’s license is required along with a driver abstract.

The Customer Care Team aims to put people first by walking our clients through the claims process. We assess and
reduce risk while working with our industry partners to ensure the My Mutual group is well cared for.

The responsibilities of this role include:
- Caring for our clients & ensuring the claims experience is exceptional
- Investigating & determining loss causation & details of a claim
- Confirming coverage through contract wordings
- Evaluating & estimating loss damages
- Coordinating with vendors, contractors and industry experts
