Virtual Open House: Commercial Broker Boot Camp Certification Program

Join IBAS and Melanie Needham, award-winning insurance educator and owner of MRD Training & Consulting, from 1:30 – 2:15 p.m. on Tuesday, March 1, for a virtual tour of the new IBAS Commercial Broker Boot Camp — an innovative, online certificate program, which provides brokerages with an effective and affordable solution to train brokers on the ins and outs of commercial insurance.
What to Expect
IBAS understands that education is an investment. Members may wish to see first-hand how the platform functions and explore whether the program and learning style is right for them before jumping in with both feet. This session will be hosted by the creator of the program herself, and will cover:- How to navigate the online platform;
- How the system is designed for optimal student success;
- Core course overviews;
- The process to select your mandatory elective;
- Unique features available to students, including a 24-hour help centre and a fully digital, exportable note-taking tool;
- How brokerages can utilize student resources during the course and in the future; and
- A behind-the-scenes look at interactive quizzes, videos, and other tools that ensure that the Commercial Broker Boot Camp provides an effective student experience.
