CAIB 4 Immersion (e-Delivery via Zoom)

March 11 - 18, 2022

Work towards finishing your CAIB journey with IBAS, in partnership with West Coast Training's Todd Hochban, and join us for CAIB 4 Immersion!

Registration deadline is 2 p.m. March 7th, 2022!

When will this take place?

This virtual intake will run March 11 - 18, 2022. There will be a short orientation at 6:30 p.m. March 11, followed by classes running Saturday-Friday from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

The only difference from our regular in person Immersion is there will not be a dedicated exam day on March 19. The exam will need to be administered by a qualified proctor at a date that is convenient for you, or through IBAS at a later time.

What equipment will I need?

Other than the CAIB 4 textbook, all you need to take advantage of this option is a computer with reliable internet access. For individuals who may have slower connection speeds, you may choose to mute your computer speakers and microphone, and use telephone-based audio (although you would continue to leverage the visual aspect of the delivery).

A webcam is mandatory to participate in the CAIB Immersion course.

Registered Participant Agreement

By registering for the Online CAIB 4 Immersion Course, you are agreeing to refrain from the following activities:

  • Recording of the course by any means, even for personal use;
  • Displaying or sharing course to unregistered participants; and
  • Sharing course link to unregistered participants.

Government Funding Support

We are very pleased to announce that the Re-Skill Saskatchewan Training Subsidy (RSTS) is now available to employers across Saskatchewan. Through this initiative, many of our members may be able to secure 100 per cent reimbursement of eligible costs for our spring CAIB 4 & 1 Immersion courses.

Even if you are ineligible for the RSTS, however, your brokerage may very well be eligible for reimbursement funding ranging between two-thirds and five-sixths of eligible costs through the  Canada-Saskatchewan Job Grant (CSJG). IBAS staff have deep experience with this program and are available to advise members through the application process. Contact Jordan Jensen at jordan.jensen@ibas.ca if you have questions.

Thank You

A special thank you to our CAIB programming sponsor, Saskatchewan Mutual Insurance.
