Geese are 71% more efficient when flying in a ‘V’ formation. It reduces resistance, conserves energy, and facilitates longer flight times, allowing birds to take turns at the front before falling back for rest. The same concept applies to insurance brokerages and other small businesses. This interactive workshop, led by Instinctive Solutions CEO Warren Barry, will demonstrate how your unique ‘flock’ can take flight towards higher purpose, productivity, and performance. Attendees will learn how to apply practical tools and strategies to significantly improve teamwork in a real-world brokerage setting — while taking ownership of each individual’s leadership role, regardless of position.

The following activities will take place in Carver’s Lounge on the main floor:

4:30 – 6:30 p.m.: Cocktail Reception & Entertainment
