Job Description / Duties

We’re seeking a motivated Account Manager to join our Group Benefits & Life Insurance team. You’ll provide expert guidance on group benefits and life insurance solutions, assess client needs, develop tailored recommendations, and build strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
• Provide expert advice on group benefits and life insurance solutions.
• Analyze reports, market trends, and financial data to support client decision-making.
• Manage proposals, renewals, and plan negotiations.
• Act as a brand ambassador through networking, events, and industry participation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client service and identify growth opportunities.
• Travel frequently within the province.

Qualifications / Required Skills

• Experience in Group Benefits, Life Insurance, or Account Management.
• Life License (or willingness to obtain).
• CAIB and/or GBA designations are assets.
• Strong presentation, networking, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required.
