The Insurance Brokers Association of Saskatchewan is currently looking for an Accounting & Administrative Assistant to join our small-but-mighty team.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- General bookkeeping, A/R, A/P, maintenance of asset schedules, and journal entries;
- Oversight of bank reconciliation, year-end, and audit processes;
- Preparation and filing of GST remittances and income tax returns;
- Preparation of reports and financial statements;
- Coordination of employee payroll and benefits; and
- Supporting the President & CEO in an administrative capacity.

Some related experience in Sage accounting software would be highly preferable. A great attitude and a willingness to learn, however, are the most important attributes.
