Job Description / Duties

We are seeking a customer service oriented individual to work in our insurance office.
Duties to include: Insurance sales and service, serving the public, operating specialized computer programs, motor licensing, answering phones, accounts receivable and various other duties as required.

Qualifications / Required Skills

Skills Required:
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office and accounting software
- The ability to multitask, adapt to change, meet deadlines and participate in ongoing training
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- An insurance brokers license is preferred but training can be provided
- Motor licensing experience is considered an asset but training can be provided
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
- The successful applicant will require a criminal record check

Salary will be based on experience and education
