Our Insurance Agency is expanding and is looking for a Senior Personal Lines Broker to join the CAA Insurance Team!

Requirements:
- A valid General Insurance License along with personal lines insurance experience is a must,
- CAIB or CIP designation is preferable but not required,
- Ability to work in a busy team environment, is conscientious and posses a can-do positive attitude while supporting the team.

Qualifications / Required Skills

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Sales of Home, Tenant, Condo, Auto and Travel Insurance
- Responding to client's insurance inquiries
- Entering and managing client data
- Assisting Insurance Brokers and other CAA staff with customer service for CAA members and customers
- Retention of existing book of business.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid General Insurance License with preference for CAIB or CIP designations
- Previous insurance experience
- Extremely detail oriented
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Superior organizational and administrative skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills including tact, diplomacy, empathy and discretion
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
- Working knowledge of MS Office and proficient computer skills including Applied EPIC.

Additional Information

Office hours are Monday to Friday, 7.25 hours per day.
