For many brokerages, COVID-19 has fundamentally changed how employees work — from how they service their clients and pursue new business, to how they interact with carriers and other staff. Whether these changes will endure in the long-term or dissipate with an eventual ‘return to normal’ remains to be seen. But one thing is certain: The insurance workforce is evolving at an unprecedented pace, and brokerages will need to lead the pack to attract and retain top-level talent.

Zoom Details

This virtual roundtable will be held using the Zoom videoconferencing platform. As such, you will require either an internet browser or the Zoom app and computer speakers. While a webcam and a microphone are not mandatory, they are highly encouraged. 

Individuals with low internet bandwidths may also choose to access the audio portion by telephone; however, you still require a computer or tablet device to access the visual portion of the presentation (this is also how you will validate your CE hours).
