2021 IBAS Golf Tournament

Get ready to hit the links for the 2021 IBAS Golf Tournament — presented by Lydale Construction and Midwest Claims Services! This is our first general-attendance in-person event since the COVID-19 pandemic first took hold. And while it may look a bit different than it has in the past to ensure the health and safety of our members, partners, and staff, we're so excited to see your faces again (Zoom notwithstanding)!

The shotgun start will begin at 12:30 p.m. sharp — rain or shine. An outdoor (but covered) supper with prize presentations will get underway immediately after all golfers are finished on the course (approximately 6 p.m.). Please watch your e-mail closer to the event for arrival details, which will be adapted as needed to meet public health guidelines and safety best practices. Lunch will also be provided to registrants.

Who Can Sign Up

Registration is open to IBAS members, as well as 2021 IBAS Annual Partners and golf tournament sponsors only. There must be a minimum of two IBAS member brokers per foursome.

You may register as a team of four or as an individual (you can, however, have multiple individuals on the same order). If you do not have four golfers, don't worry — we will place you on a team! You may also register separately and indicate other registrants you'd like to golf with (simply complete that portion of the registration form).

Please note that registration will be capped and is therefore very limited. Be sure you sign you or your team up early. 

Shuttle Service & Hotel

Registrants can take advantage of a free shuttle service departing from and returning to the Sheraton Cavalier Hotel in Saskatoon. Pre-registration, however, is required. You will be prompted upon checkout to confirm whether you would like to take advantage of this option.

The shuttle will depart from the Sheraton at 11 a.m. (to be confirmed) and will return following prize presentations. Proper distancing and safety protocols will be put in place, so please keep an eye out for more information closer to the date.

Additional Registration Details

Waitlist: Should registration reach our current set capacity, you will be prompted upon checkout to be added to the event waitlist. If tickets become available, they will be released in waitlisted order (although you will only have 24 hours to claim that ticket).

Team & Multiple Golfer Registration: If you are registering multiple golfers, including a team of four, please have the following information ready, as it will be required upon checkout: All player names, e-mail addresses, and whether they will be using the free shuttle service. 

Refund Policy: Full refunds will be provided if the event is cancelled by IBAS or a waitlisted individual can fill your vacated registration.

Our Commitment: This event is being organized based on certain assumptions relative to the evolving public health situation as well as the status of the provincial re-opening plan. While we have a high degree of confidence in the event proceeding as presented, we will continue to monitor circumstances and adjust as necessary. The safety and comfort of our members, partners, and staff will remain our top priority in all our planning and decisions.
