Job Description / Duties

• Successfully manage a growing block of Personal Lines business, being proactive in servicing to ensure client retention (home, tenant/condo, agro, hail, travel)
• Successful in soliciting new business and fostering prospective clients
• Build strong relationships with clients
• Provide mentorship to junior staff
• May be responsible for completion of office administrative activities like month end, accounts receivable, scheduling, etc.

Qualifications / Required Skills

• A CAIB 1 Broker License is a MUST for this role.
• A demonstrated focus on customer care, with an ability to listen and understand a client’s concerns to find them a suitable solution.
• The ability to be successful in a busy environment.
• An ability to work well with many different personalities in a kind and respectful manner.
• The ability to work well in a team as well as independently and to take accountability for the tasks that you do.
• A strong interest in personal growth and development.
