As part of a three-year pilot program launched in partnership with SGI, fees are now waived for Restricted Auto (Part I & II) and Bylaws (General & Auto) exams written by member employees through IBAS. These exams comprise the core education requirements to qualify for a Restricted Auto Licence.

Seventeen-year-old Telia Lafontaine of Regina has been named the recipient of the 2023 IBAS Young Community Leader Bursary. This annual award was established four years ago to recognize one outgoing grade 12 student who exemplifies outstanding dedication to making their community a better place.
